LOUNGE Open plan with fixed corner seating, TV with Freeview and DVD player and gas fireplace. An occasional pull-out bed is available for those extra guests. C44 can sleep a maximum of 6 guests.
KITCHEN Equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, integrated fridge freezer, gas oven and grill.
DINING AREA Free standing table, fixed corner seating and 2 stools.
BEDROOMS Double bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobe and room for a travel cot.
One twin room with 2 single beds and single fitted wardrobe.
C44 includes a sofa bed in the lounge and sleep a maximum of 6 guests.
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be supplied at an additional cost.
SHOWER ROOM Shower cubicle, toilet and hand basin.
HEATING Fully double glazed with central heating throughout.
