How do I make a claim?
If you need to make a claim for any of the reasons above all you need to do is phone us on 01395 224066. The guarantee is valid between 30 days and 3 days before arrival. You will then be given three options:-
Reschedule to a later date in the season
Keep the full value of your original booking as a credit towards available alternative dates
Cancel and receive a full refund
At Newmans, we have been working hard to make booking your 2022 holiday with us an easy decision. We look forward to welcoming you in to your choice of holiday home with us.
For bookings affected by the closure dates we want to give you total flexibility. If you are able to choose new dates at this time, please click the button below to request arranging your new holiday dates.
Understanding that it may be difficult to confirm future dates at this time, a credit of the total amount paid will be available to use on any future holiday booked with Newmans Holiday Homes up until the end of the 2022 holiday season. Alternatively, if you require a refund, this can be actioned for you on request.
