LOUNGE Open plan with fixed seating, 32” TV with Freeview and DVD player and gas fireplace. A sofa bed is available. H148 can sleep a maximum of 6 guests.
DOG FRIENDLY; the owner of H148 will allow well trained dogs in this caravan.
KITCHEN Equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, undercounter fridge with freezer box, gas oven and grill.
DINING AREA Free standing table with 4 chairs.
BEDROOMS Double bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobes, vanity area and access to the Jack & Jill en-suite bathroom.
One twin room with 2 single beds and single fitted wardrobe.
H148 includes a sofa bed in the lounge and sleep a maximum of 6 guests.
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be supplied at an additional cost.
SHOWER ROOM Shower, toilet and hand basin. You can access the bathroom from both the hallway and the master bedroom.
HEATING Fully double glazed with central heating throughout and an gas fire in the lounge.
PARKING Allocated driveway situated next to the accommodation.
NON-SMOKING Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.
