H43 is a 36 x 12ft 3-bedroom 8 birth Abi Vista.Key Features: allocated parking, good size lounge with gas fire, dining area, double glazed, 2 x toilets, modern styled kitchen that is fully equipped to cater for the all the family, piped gas and family shower room.
LOUNGE: The open plan lounge incorporates comfortable fixed seating and comes complete with TV, free view and gas fire. Please be advised that there is an occasional pull-out bed in the lounge for those additional guests.
KITCHEN & DINING : The kitchen is fully equipped to include gas cooker, hob, under counter fridge with freezer box, and microwave. The dining area is comfortable and benefits from both fixed seating and additional stools.
BEDROOMS: This holiday home has three bedrooms, one double with fitted wardrobe, over bed storage and panel heating. The twin rooms have two single beds and fitted small wardrobe with fan heater and can comfortably cater 8 guests. There is an occasional pull-out bed located in the lounge.
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be hired for an additional charge, this can be added at the time of booking.
BATHROOM & TOILET; H43 benefits from a shower cubical, wash basin and toilet. Also has separate WC with basin.
HEATING: H43 has a gas fire in the lounge and free-standing slim panel heaters in the bedrooms. The caravan has double glazing.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Location from main amenities; approx. 3 -4-minute walk.
NON-SMOKING & NON-PET FRIENDLY Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit doesn't allow pets.
